- President Francis Campbell earned his engineering degree at New York Polytechnic University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states. With over 40 years experience in all aspects of the waste and power construction business, and has overseen projects in scale up to $4 billion, he is well prepared to serve the cities and clients who choose IWT and the Thermoselect technology.
By working side-by-side with outside technical, financial, and legal advisors, the IWT management team utilizes multiple resources to ensure that every project is designed, constructed, and operated to the highest possible standards, while meeting all contractual and regulatory requirements.
